This talk focuses on the construction of biorthogonal wavelet and frame transform for the ternary Loop subdivision based on the lifting scheme, and the decomposition and reconstruction formulas. Furthermore, their applications in denoising, compression and progressive transmission of 3D graphics are also discussed.
